If you say “command mode”, you can go to the text edit field and, when the
keyboard comes up, you can say either “2 finger double tap” or “tap dictate”.
You then hear the sound to indicate that the microphone is listening - but, as
you dictate, VoiceOver does not read out what is being dictated.
When using voice control to write text, either use headphones as you describe
or say “Command mode” and then, when you are in a text edit field and the
keyboard has appeared, say “Tap dictate” and say what you want to dictate: in
my experience, VoiceOver does not read out the text, so there is n
I’m using the Barclays app on iPhone XS with voiceover and I check my accounts
a couple of times a week with no problems of late. Mind you, none of my
accounts is a credit card account. I wonder what variables are kicking up
problems for you but not for me?

Whenever I tap on the link posted, I’m taken to a general page about installing
TestFlight which says to install TestFlight and then to tap on the public link.
But TestFlight is already installed (I beta test Flicktype), so what am I doing
wrong?
Thanks

If you use touch typing, just find the vowel you want and keep your finger on
it - there will be a small haptic buzz and voiceover will announce that a row
of accented vowels have just appeared and you slide your finger slightly up and

On my iPhone XS I’m trying to use Braille screen input but it seems stuck in
tabletop mode and only displays properly if charging port is to the left. There
seems no way to recalibrate the layout and no amount of turning the iPhone
makes any difference. Is this a bug I should report or am I miss
And yet you can take a phone call on HomePod and, while on that call, tell Siri
to hang up?
