I've noticed that too happening on my SE running 10.3.3. But it comes and goes.
Sometimes Siri will do this for quite a long spell, then it clears up. So I'm

I've noticed that happening to me too sometimes. So what I do is I'll try
changing channels, flicking up or flicking down, or I'll try double tapping it.
Any of those options seems to work. It is kind of annoying though. Perhaps
