There, you can sign up as a developer, under either the Mac or iOS
program. It costs $99 a year. During the sign up process, you will be
asked to agree to an NDA, so read through that and make sure you are
comfortable with it's terms.

Have you tried resetting the bluetooth settings for your iPhone? If
