Hi, I sent the following message to VDR support suppp...@voicedream.com
<mailto:suppp...@voicedream.com> in case anyone feels like making the same
request.

Hello. IOS 17 introduced "pur voice settings" for most built-in synthesizer.
This settings allow for configurable parameters such as timbre and sentence
pause, in the case of some voices, an Headsize, roughness, breathiness,
etc., in the case of the well-known Eloquence synth. Moreover, these
parameters can be adjusted either in voice over (the screen reader))) or in
spoken content, which is a more general option for accessibility. However,
making changes in either "per voice settings" option is not having an
impact in the way these voices read the text in Voice Dream Reader. The
capability to use the built-in voices with the modification of such
parameters would be a great deal for VDR users who also use voice over
because all too often we like to find the proper tune for our auditory
perception.

Thanks and keep up the good work!

Best,

Leo Bado
