I have been an Amazon Music subscriber for about 2 years, now. When a song
is playing on any Alexa enabled device, I can say, "Alexa, I like this."
Alexa will reply with something like, "OK, Mark, got it."

After you have added a few songs to your love list, you can ask Siri to play
your personal radio station, and she will begin to play music on and around
your love list. I call it a love list, but it is probably more like a “Like”
list. It is a little different from Amazon you are right
Also on the Echo device you can say, “play my station on Apple Music. It will
play the music you added to tor similar music.
