Yes, it does. In system preferences in Accessibility. You can even set a

Speaking of speak screen, does the MacOS have anything quite like that? I know
there is speak items in the edit menu. Just thought it would be cool to have a
gesture, but Academic here, as macOS is OT if anyone has the where with allto
bend the rule, I’d be curious. Thanks in advance!

You have to turn off the speak screen option in settings under Accessibility.
