This is Apple's typical standardized answer to everything you send to the accessibility email address. But sometimes, they really seem to forward feedback and bugs will be fixed. I guess they will get a whole bunch of messages from all over the world and can't deal with every email in detail. Besides, they aren't making decisions by themselves.
