Hello Wayne. When you get to the payment screen enter your credit card number.
The app puts you into the expiration date. Enter the date like 0719. The app
then places you in the CVV field. Enter the three digit code from the back of
your credit card. The app places you into the zip code field.
The only thing that I've been able to do is get partly though the
initial setup screens. I'm stuck on the credit card entry screen. I've
entered my card but then it has another edit field but there is no
indication of what is supposed to be entered there. And, for those
