I searched in the App Store and found White Pages People Search. I have no clue
whether that app is accessible but you might give it a try to see if it meets
your needs.

The sheet grabber is not something you can get rid of. It is a new label for
the button that would allow one to drag an item or some such thing. Not a
helpful change from Apple in my opinion.
