For me, it puts VoiceOver onto the little speaker at the top of the phone, and
very quietly.
If I have a bluetooth earphone in, it switches to the phone speaker again very
quietly.
If I bring up the Control Center, and select media destination, and pick
Speaker, it comes out loudly on the phone
Subject says it all; I can register and subsequently move around the
application. However, when I leave and return, voiceover gets quiet and
there is no noise whatsoever from my Iphone XR with all recent updates.
I have tried removing Amazon music from the task switcher and even
reinstalling
