> Language and region > System language. I have mine set to English Australia
as I like Karen.

I agree, it’s misinformation, and there’s no excuse for that, but changing the
VoiceOver voice isn’t where you would expect it, so someone new to Apple Watch
could be forgiven to thinking it can’t be done when it can. I had an idea it
could, as for one, the voice changed when I set the language
Yes, you can change the VoiceOver voice. Do not give out misinformation.
When you set up Apple Watch for the first time, you need to select the
watch region. Depending on the country selected, you'll get that
specific voice, so for example if you want the Australian voice you'll
select Australia, U
No, you can not change the voice over voice.
