I had this happen a few times night before last, while searching through
purchase receipts history. When installing content from an iCloud backup onto
my new iPhone 11, 2 apps didn’t get transferred. When I go to the app store I’m
given a price not the option to download.

I'm sure occasionally we've gotten a dialogue that pops up, in which one is
asked to enter our Apple password to verify, and afterward all is ready to go,
right? I had an interesting experience last night in which it asked me to
verify my Apple ID, I'm positive I entered the right password, and
