Eloquence isn't a JAWS or a Freedom Scientific thing. Nuance currently has the rights to Eloquence. Freedom Scientific does use Eloquence as the default text to speech engine for JAWS. Code Factory makes a package available for Android, so you can get Eloquence on that platform. It's also

There are probably others, but the two that come to mind are Read2Go (note how it is written) for $20 and Voice Dream Reader for $10. Voice Dream offers many more features, such as reading/reviewing other document types, and the Read2Go app is strictly BookShare books. I don't know about Voice
