Hello Mary, I just purchased it now with no issues. I did it from iTunes
on the PC and not my phone. So, not sure if that makes a difference.
I've seen that message you are talking about and it sometimes has meant
that there has been a price change. I see the last time the app was
modified was

and I have to try later. I hope it is still on sale when I come back to the app
