I never turn off Bluetooth and do not have any significant issues with battery
drain. Frankly, I think you’re probably drains more battery to constantly keep
turning it on and off.

I agree, it is very little, certainly not enough for me to bother, then again I
have an Apple Watch so turning off bluetooth is not a good option.
