Hi Everyone, I recently bought a Bose Home Speaker 500, and in order to connect it to my WiFi, I have to use the Bose Music app from my iPhone, and I did download the Bose Music app, and deleted it and redownloaded it to be for sure the app didn't get corrupted the first time. I can't get far using the Bose Music app though. When I open the app, I should see my Bose feature when I first open the app, and tap on that, and it should then walk me through the steps. I don't see that at all though, matter of fact, I only get a message saying I need to create an account using Facebook or create an account, so I did create an account and logged in, but I for some reason tap on the accept the license agreement, but that is where the problem might be coming from, because I keep tapping and tapping on the accept button, but the button is still saying I need to accept the license agreement. Is anyone familiar with the Bose speaker or the Bose Music app? I am currently using the speaker, but only through Bluetooth and my phone, so I'm not getting all the full features of the speaker such as using Alexa.
