Greetings, I sent an announcement yesterday about iOS 15.6 being released addressing some braille issues.
I want to thank Apple Accessibility publicly for responding directly to me yesterday informing me of the fixed issue. Here is there note to me: Hello Richard, We appreciate your patience, and wanted to thank you again for the feedback that you provided. We are writing to let you know that we released the iOS 15.6 software update today that fixes an issue that caused some braille devices to slow down or stop responding when navigating text in Mail. At your convenience, please go to Settings, General, Software Update to install iOS 15.6. Then, let us know if the issue has been fully resolved. Sincerely, Apple Accessibility What is interesting is that 15.6 also fixed the issue of the braille jumping back to the beginning when using a hard return in the native mail app. I tested this thoroughly yesterday and it is indeed working great!
