Hello all, On my iPhone8+ running iOS 13.7 when a call comes in the beep of the call is distracting enough to interrupt the call I am on arriving in louder than the caller who I am speaking to. This is when the phone is to my ear. Other than turning down the volume on my phone, is there a means by which I can resolve this issue? I have had issues with the phone carrier where the volume of a call is too low. I contacted them and in that case they alerted me that a tower problem existed and that they had been working to turn the volume back up. Now, the volume of the caller is just right but call waiting beep is too loud when it comes in. They have said that this can not be turned down and the rep recommended that I turn off call waiting in phone settings to resolve this issue or update to iOS 14. Thank you in advance for any responses.
