You have to go to the Apple website and look for the development program. I
will get the link tomorrow or in due course and post to the list so others can
do it if they want. It's £60 a year but don't know what it is in dollars or
any other currancy. I may do the same not sure yet.

The apple developer website is located at:
developer.apple.com
There, you can sign up as a developer, under either the Mac or iOS
program. It costs $99 a year. During the sign up process, you will be
asked to agree to an NDA, so read through that and make sure you are
comfortable with it's terms.
