Hi Everybody,

I hope this finds all happy and well.

I myself am an Xfinity Voice subscriber for my home phone line. And one of the neat features they had was an Xfinity Connect app for iPhone through which you could access a log of prior calls in and outgoing as well as push notifications for caller ID in real time. They're also just rolling out a feature whereby a caller name will be preceded by a [v] to indicate that the number is verified to be from the one calling.

This was very helpful since so many talking caller ID units have been discontinued or don't allow you to review things after the fact. Sadly Xfinity is discontinuing the app that facilitates this feature for the blind. As such out of curiosity I was wondering if Verizon FIOS offered anything such as this feature for their voice customers.

If you are an xfinity customer who finds this feature valuable please join me in letting them know as they may not have realized how necessary this is for blind people especially when call spoofing and spam calls are so prevalent.

Take good care.

Robin
