I think if you put the phone on a small table, place 2 fingers on the screen
you might get good results as well as some excersize by running around the
table *smile*.

Yes, I also do this. It feels very much like picking up and turning the dial
on a timer or adjusting the knobs on a stove.

my chest and using both hands works almost flawlessly
