Here's what I do.
I zip up the mp3's and transfer the zip file to voice dream reader. I name
the zip file by the title of the book.

you're saving the file you can change the extension to m4b which will
make iTunes see it as an audio book. If all the files are tagged
properly you can also drop them into the automatically added, then
search music for the a
