59 minutes equals 17% sounds to me like the apple watch maths is screwy or you
have a lot of running left to do,.

Just curious, if you open the activity app on your phone and swipe, you will
come to Sunday, swipe one more time and it will tell you the percentage of each
of your 3 rings. What does it say for your exercise ring?
I am thinking that it might say the correct percentage for your exercise ring.
When I look at activity on the phone, it says
work out, 59 minutes. The stinkin' watch says
exercise 17%. My exercise goal is 30
minutes. My husband with the same setttings
after the same exercise session, has 175% on the watch.
I will try re-pairing. Hope it helps.

I have never seen anything like this, so not sure of an exact answer. The thing
is that your phone does not actually track exercise minutes. Your phone just
gets that information from your watch. So that even makes it more strange.
