Hi Listers,

If someone interested, I found 2 quite useful apps for IOS developers.

The first one is call DAPP. This application pretty much builds the user
interface for the IOS application and generates the objective-c code.

It is quite nice, the Dapp allows to create the project, create project
pages, lay-out on-screen views including views position and colors and
assign actions on those views. Actions are pretty simple, like creating the
Alert, however it is good enough to create the application template and then
easily locate the action handler in the code and add whatever action is
required.

The DAPP application is very accessible, at least I was able to do all
tasks using voiceover with no problems. Even the graphical layout builder
almost accessible. However it is not necessary to use the layout builder,
all controls can be added, positioned and sized with out the layout builder,
in simple VoiceOver friendly dialogs.

The app is not free, I believe, it is $9.99, however it is very, very
useful for the blind IOS developers. It definitely does not replace the
Interface Builder in XCode, however quite close to it.

The app has the light version, which does everything except generating and
exporting the xcode code, so at least it is possible to evaluate it before
buying..

Here is the app store link:

Seller: KEROFROG PTY LTD

Name: Dapp

The second application is called Interface. It is quite similar with Dapp,
however has more features, more views and more views actions, overall, this
App is more powerful.

Unfortunately application is not fully accessible. It is good enough to
work with it, however was required some work-around.

I have contacted the developer and got a very nice reply. The developer
will look at accessibility issues, which are not that many and will try to
release the updated version.

However again, the app is very usable, just in some screens it requires to
turn off the VoiceOver to be able to double-tap on the screen to display
menus.

So if someone wants to check it out, here is the information

Name:Interface

Developer: Less Code Ltd

Unfortunately I don't have the direct link to this App, still can not
figure out how to get direct links easily with iTunes for windows.

Hope, it will be useful for someone.

  Take care!

   Igor.
