Yes, I know how to do that. In iOS 6 as soon as I enter a text message I would
just slide down with one finger and it would read word by word now there is a
rotor to deal with that gets in the way because it wants me to select words
when by default it is on the setting where it gives you options
In order to read by words, you need to go to settings, general, accessibility
and rotor. There you will find a list of things you can put in the rotor. Do
you know how to use the rotor?

whenever I swipe down it goes where to buy word. The default setting when ice
went down it gives you the options of more, and activat.

Have you already twisted the roter to words? If you're in the text
message, and your roter is set to words, then you should still be able
to move through the message word by word by flicking up or down.
