Could someone please tell me how I can dial an extension number once the
phone is answered? I use several extension numbers at work and cannot figure
out how to enter them in once the phone is answered by the automated system.

Hi Jane,
A friend told me how to do this and it worked. Take the phone away
from your ear and a number pad comes up. You can dial from there.
I don't know if there's a different way, but this does work. :-)

The easist way is to use a headset. It can be difficult to hear the numbers
when you do it without a headset.
