powered it down a couple of times and did a factory reset. I've closed out
all aps. My wifi signal is good. I'm using an iphone SE3. Does anyone have
any other suggestions? Are there any other settings I should check

I was experiencing the same behavior and after a reset of network
settings and the like, it was suggested to me to switch to ESIM with
my carrier instead of using a physical sim and this worked to resolve
the issue.
Since then, I have not had any dropped calls.
