Send your bug and/or perceived flaws reported to be in Apple's
iOS8 to both Apple and/or Apple's Accessibility Departments
By doing so, if their respective InBoxes are flooded and/or
swamped with reports from Totally Blind and/or LowVision users,
this would indicate to
I think we will have better luck in emailing Apple Accessibility since
they will be able to more address the accessibility issues. However,
if you have the contact information for other Apple people that might
can respond to the bugs, then do share.

I don't know if they're ever going to get to it, but I did report it along
with the fact that if they don't do something to fix their accessibility
problems then people will look to their competition for a better

No, it is not fixed, but for me at least on my 5S pressing the same button
again so far has always stopped it. If it does not then before you reboot I
would bring up the app switcher and remove the Phone app to see if this
will stop
