I'm trying to figure out the best way to create labels and filters for Gmail
from my iPod Touch. I've tried looking in the Gmail app, but I only see a view
and not a way to edit. Which form of the Google website would work best, or did
I miss an app setting? I ended up borrowing my hus
Hi Teresa, unfortunately there is not an IOS way to create labels in Gmail.
Unfortunately you will have to use the website to do this.

The one big advantage to the Gmail app over the site is that with the
app, you can apply multiple labels to a message. This is something
that you can't do in Basic view on the web, at least you cannot apply
multiple labels at one time to a message.
