Yes, it is spelled s k y p e, and it is accessible. After typing skype into the
search field, make sure you press enter on a keyboard, or double-tap the go
button in the lower right corner of the on-screen keyboard.

Well, S'K'Y'P'E is how I found it and it does work with VO. Not tested it
with mBraille yet, but that is a neat new addition.

Yeah, it's called Skype for iPhone from Skype Communications. I found it
no problem by searching for Skype. It works fine with VoiceOver. Here's
