I use HeartWatch on Apple Watch and iPhone. It is great. I wish it was more
accessible, but it is good information if you want to monitor your heart

Thank you very much for this information. I've had the Heart icon on my watch
face but didn't ever think to open it. I can see how it could be a battery
drain. I'm glad I don't have to pay money for an app when I can do the same
thing directly from the watch.

Hello, if you go into the watch app and tap on the image of the watch face you
would like to use, you can customise the watch faces.
If you then choose the heart rate complication to be on the “middle”
complication it will have more space on the watch and will show current heart
rate.

heart rate. You can’t monitor it constantly and have any battery left. It uses
too much energy.
