Hello maria. As far as I can recall, you need to have your contact added to the address book in order to use it. Wen I used it, I had to create a contact for myself and it started working. It is sorta silly to have a contact for yourself but you can always remove it if you are no longer using

When you first open Heytell, you're prompted to find yourself in the contact list. If you don't have yourself as a contact, set one up, and include your phone numbers and your email address. It isn't necessary to connect with Facebook or Twitter to use Heytell, even if you're on either of
