Hi Jim,
IBGStar is usable by VoiceOver users, but does have some issues. When you do a
test, you cannot see anything on the score card when using voiceOver. YOU have
to tap on the Data tab, on the logbook. You then have to find the current date
and flick through "find your current reading.

I have a couple of clients who are looking to find out if the IBGStar
App is working with Voiceover. If so, how so? If not, are we writing
reviews in the iTunes app store?
