That's right Chris. Your iCloud storage isn't affected in any way, either by
iTunes in the Cloud, or iTunes Match.
Yes, you can shuffle songs from iTunes Match.

I believe iTunes Match storage does not go against your iCloud storage
but of course could be wrong as only just subscribed myself.

songs to your phone it won't use the storage on your phone, however does it use
