I like the NPR News app. Usually, when I open the Programs section, it
refreshes automatically with the latest program segments, for some reason today
it wasn’t doing it. But right next to the program I wanted to hear, it says
“Pull down to refresh...”

swipe down. The double tap and hold is the pass through gesture in

Yes, I doubletap and hold. While holding, drag your finger down slowly. I
find that just a swipe doesn't do it.
