Hi,
I purchased a song from itunes using my iphone, but when I bring up
itunes on my pc it says it is having problems downloading my
purchases. I can't seem to get it to work no matter what I try.
pc is running the latest version of itunes on windows 10.
any suggestions?

Try downloading the tone again, either on the computer or your iPHone, from
Purchased Items. You can find this on the computer by selecting the iTunes
store, going to the Store menu and choosing Home, and se

Hi Robert,
Press Control-Comma in Windows or Command-Comma on a Mac to open Preferences.
One of the choices on the General tab is Tones. Check it, and your purchased
tone should be displayed.
