I did not notice this when I had a 16GB IPhone that I had installed
IOS 6 on. I did not do over the air. It seems both that people that
did over the air generally are reporting more problems and that
everybody experiences different issues that others do not. On the
bright side, a lag when unlocking
Hi. I've got an 8 GB iPhone 4 running iOS6 and I sometimes get a lag
when unlocking the screen. Rebooting the phone doesn't help either.

Samething here. 4S, 16GB, IOS6. No issues like that. Throwing out obvious
possible fixes, did you clear out the app switcher lately?
