Linda,
You either need to stop your dictation before they 30 seconds is up or, if you
find yourself running over, simply let Siri stop then start again. It works for
me!

Hi Lynda,
This is precisely why I prefer to dictate from within the specific app instead
of using Siri for longer dictations. So in your example, if you go into the
mail program and dictate from there, you can dictate, stop dictating to compose
your thoughts and then resume dictating.

Hi Linda. I'm assume you mean Siri. . In any case, I believe that
around 30 seconds of dictation is usually the normal. Earlier I was
dictating an email and got on a rant and before I knew it, I was cut
off. I think it was right around 30 seconds. I haven't googled the
information to be sure. H

It seems that there is a limited amount of time to dictate an email message
with Seri. Is there a way to extend the length of the message that you need
to dictate?
