Some further notes on the Amazon mobile site Menu controls:
Actually, these are links, not buttons. When I started flicking from
the top of the screen, I would encounter a llink labeled Open Menu,
and if I activated that menu, that link would change to Close Menu.

I was looking at the Amazon Mobile site the other day, and I could have
sworn I saw buttons labeled either Menu or Navigation Menu and also
Menu Close, but today, they aren't there. Am I perhaps confusing the
behavior of this site with another one?
