New Empty folder on the Home Screen

Hi all, Running an SE 2020 and iOS 14.6. I would like to keep my CoVid validation card in it's own folder on the Home Screen for easy access. Can someone tell me how I could create a folder to put it in? I'm going to take a picture of both the front and back and put both pictures in there,
