Then you can set it to voice and it will announce the time instead of making
a noise.

I use this in conjunction with Westminster chimes. That way I can hear the
bell chimes
You can have the voice on for the hour or all of the settings. You can also
choose the sound. Usually, they won't work together. I had asked the
developer a while back about counting the hour and he said that it was
blocked by Apple for his type but, he was going to be looking into it with
IOS8
Hi all
Just purchased the £1.49 in-app purchase to Qoo Premium. You do indeed get more
sounds, Big Ben being quite a decent example. You can also do advanced per day
scheduling too. It also removes promotions and ads.

I just purchased qoo. Yes the app is free but for 1.99 you get more sounds
and no ads. The link follows.

Have you tried Qoo which is free and works quite well at least on my
end. The app is easy to use, all controls speak no problem with
VoiceOver and there are different sound themes as well as two voices to
choose from. That's q o o not c or k o o.

can't get the Settings to stick in timely, but I will try this one. Thanks

You can in app purchase other sound packs I don't care for the three you
get. I searched for qoo and it was the third option in the app store.
