Have you tried Qoo which is free and works quite well at least on my
end. The app is easy to use, all controls speak no problem with
VoiceOver and there are different sound themes as well as two voices to
choose from. That's q o o not c or k o o.

Qoo's settings are sticking for me here. Won't try Timely based on your
revoked recommendation plus the price is right .

I just purchased qoo. Yes the app is free but for 1.99 you get more sounds and
