Well I tested out the whole uninstall and reinstall the app like Peter
suggested and it works so thank you Peter.

Well I got the typical auto response saying due to high volumes of emails that
they are not able to respond so I think what I will do is take Peter‘s
suggestion and uninstall and then reinstall and see what happens. Nonetheless I
did send an email to the Paramount+ team courtesy of Ken's instruc
Thank you I just emailed them we’ll see what happens. In response to the other
person who told me to uninstall and reinstall I’m gonna wait and see what the
Paramount+ iOS feedback team says first you guys have been extremely helpful.

Chela, if you go into the app and click on more or double tap on more it’ll
bring up the account page go into that and at the bottom you’ll see support if
you tap on that there is a button that will allow you to send a message to
Paramount plus and you can describe your problem.

Maybe you should remove and reinstall… That might fix it…
