Prime and Apple TV have their own apps. Perhaps you can log into your Prime
subscription from the TV app, but I just use the Prime video app for Prime and

As for the Direct Touch, it is on the rotor when you touch a screen and it says
Direct touch Area and you cannot do anything, turn the rotor until you hear
direct touch and flick up.
It is not a setting within VoiceOver, it has something to do with a change on
Apple's part.
