What's strange about this in my case is that it isn't consistent. Sometimes
notifications are read and sometimes they are not. If it's truly by design, it
just isn't consistent. The perfect solution would be user definable option
which brings me to my next point. There is an option that say
Settings, general, accessibility and VoiceOver.
