Mobile, open the Settings app, choose BARD Mobile, and turn on Setting
Initialization. Then go back to bARD Mobile and log in.

That behavior usually means your phone's resources are full up. So, clear the
app switcher and reboot. If that doesn't do it, delete the app and reinstall
it.
