One item that was not mentioned in the AppleVis post, but was in the
comments. The bug of not being able to sue Braille Screen Input to
enter your passcode on the lock screen has been fixed. I noticed this
in one of the recent updates, either 13.4 or 13.4.1. I'm very glad

Well it's now on all 3 of my devices
2 public release one which has beta profile. All now say
#iOS13.5 and I still have the on going issue of #VoiceOver not
speaking the name of the contact which populates the to field
when composing a new message.
