I use Be My Eyes at least once or twice a week and find them very helpful for
what I need. I’m so glad there are people who are willing to give a bit of
their time to help. In all the years I’ve used it I’ve only had one or two
calls

so many problems just getting an answer. It kind of reminds me of the first
time I got the app, then I deleted it for a while and got it back and it was
better. Now it’s back to what it was for me. It doesn’t matter

I most definitely am! I don’t want to be restricted to the confines of a plan
for which any unused portion might not roll over, plus, since I’m not doing
outdoor travel, be my eyes serves my needs quite well.

Not only is it still relevant, but it is the only way I know of to contact

Also, realize that Be My Eyes are volunteers, and there are over 2 million
volunteers and only a bit over 100 thousand blind users; so the chances of
getting someone new is rather high and volunteers are going to go a long time
between chances to help.
