I'm pretty sure Be My Eyes is on Android, but I don't think Seeing AI
is. I've heard rumors that Microsoft has been looking into an Android
version, but not sure if it has been released.

Yes they will. Remember that if an app is listed as for iPhone, you have to
change the filter when searching the app store on an iPad to look for iPhone
apps.
