Interesting, I never remembered getting that message. Wayback win when my eye cloud storage was more than I thought, when I investigated, old photos were there, so after deleting from the photos I always made it a habit to find the deleted photos album and removed from there also. In that album

If you are in the Photos App, with a list of photos on screen, swipe right until you reach your last photo. Swipe right again and you should have a Select Button. Double-tap the Select Button. Now you can double-tap the photos you want to select. VoiceOver should announce their selected

to delete unwanted photos: 1. Launch Photos app. 2. Double-tap on Select button. 3. On the following screen double-tap on each photo you want to delete. You will find that the description will change to selected 4. Swipe over to very last button which is the Delete button and double-tap.
